How do I apply for membership?

Visit our application page to submit your membership request. Our team reviews applications and will follow up by email with next steps.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the password reset page to receive a reset link at the email address on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us and we can help verify your identity.

How do I update my profile or account settings?

Sign in and open Account settings from your dashboard. There you can update your profile photo, bio, contact details, and notification preferences.

How does membership billing work?

Membership renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel. You can manage your plan and payment details from your account settings. For billing questions, invoice copies, or cancellation help, email us and include the email address on your account.

How do I reach other members or get involved in groups and events?

Once you are signed in, use the member directory to connect with others, browse groups, and RSVP to upcoming events from your dashboard. If you have trouble accessing a feature, let us know what you were trying to do and we will help.

How quickly will I hear back from support?

We aim to respond to most messages within one business day. Messages sent on weekends or holidays may take a little longer.
